Application focusing on backend manipulation to present relevant information to the user. Specifically movies that are currently showing near a particular zip code.

// Focus on Backend

The aim of this project was to perfect backend techniques using Node.js, Express, and Knex. The data only contains seed as this was more of a skill challenge than a full product.

// Search by Theater

The backend had a focus on search functionality so you could find movies by Now Showing and by theaters near a specific zip code. Clicking through the movie would display reviews and a brief summary.

// Growing through Projects

This was definitely a chance to grow as a developer, being the first major API project I completed. Through best practices taught by Thinkful, I learned the standard methods to build backends with Node.js and Express.
